This page displays some of the upcoming events that our dogs will be attending. This list is subject to change and will be updated as much as possible. Our presence at PKC hunts are very subject to change since they are held mostly on weeknights. I hope it also serves as a composited schedule of some close to us (mostly within 1-1 1/2 hrs) UKC/PKC/AKC/ACHA hunts, shows, and other events. I will also update on how each of our dogs did at each event. I hope you look forward to meeting us and our hounds !

1/29/09 (Friday) ~ UKC Winter Classic @ Albany, GA 9am *Ripp will be showing in the Jr Male Plott class & Vegas will be showing in the Jr Male Walker class*
2/6/09 (Saturday) ~ UKC @ Tuscaloosa, AL 5pm *Copper & Krazy will be showing*
2/12/09 (Friday) ~ UKC @ Glenn Allen, AL 6pm 2hr NiteHunt *Honey will be hunting*

1/17/09 (Saturday) ~ UKC @ Reform, AL 5pm *Copper will be showing* *Copper won Best Male of Show with competition at every level !*
1/30/09 (Friday) ~ UKC WINTER CLASSIC @ Albany, GA 9am *Copper will be showing. Copper will be in the Walker SR. Male Registered division.* *Well, we didnt win anything at the Winter Classic but we had a great time and it was a big learning experience for everyone.*
3/6/09 (Friday) ~ UKC @ Gardendale, AL 5:30pm BLACK & TAN SECTIONAL SHOW *Copper will be showing. *Copper won Best Male of Show to finish into a CH with competition.*
3/14/09 (Saturday) ~ AKC ALABAMA STATE CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW & HUNT / RQE @ Ozark, AL 5:30pm *Honey, & Copper will be showing, Ripp will be attending with us* *Honey won Sr. female Walker class & Copper was crowned AKC State Champion Walker !*
3/28/09 (Saturday) ~ UKC ALABAMA STATE CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW & HUNT @ Clanton, AL 12pm *Copper & Bella will be showing, Ripp will be attending this event with us.* *Our hounds showed very well, although they did not walk away with a state title this year. I really feel like I had the second best dog in the CH Male class (which the judge confirmed) and was as good as the CH female who won (which the judge also confirmed, Bella just need a little more muscle tone). We're now pushing Copper & Bella towards GRCH titles.
4/3/09 (Friday) ~ UKC @ Tuscaloosa, AL 6:30pm *Copper & Bella will be showing* *Bella won the CH female class & Copper won the CH male class, with competition !*
4/24/09-4/26/09 (Friday - Sunday) ~ 3 day AKC All Breed Conformation Show @ Montgomery, AL *Ripp will be showing in the puppy 6-9 month class on Saturday 4/25/09 @ 12:45 pm ! *Ripp won his puppy class, best overall puppy, best of winners, and best of breed ! He then went into the Hound group where he did not place. However, he placed third in the puppy show !
5/1/09 (Friday) ~ We are taking GRCH Moko to be bred to GRCH GRNITECH PKC SCH Mike ! Puppies should be weaned and ready to go to their new homes in mid August !
5/2/09 (Saturday) ~ UKC AL HALL OF FAME SHOW @ Alexander City, AL 3:30 pm. Bella will be showing. *Bella won CH female, finishing into a GRCH !*
5/5/09 (Tuesday) ~ TKC meeting @ 6:30pm.
5/22/09 (Friday) ~ UKC @ Gardendale, AL. 6 pm. Copper & Ripp will be showing. *Ripp won his class, Best of Breed, and Best Male of Show with heavy competition !!!!*
6/2/09 (Tuesday) ~ TKC meeting @ 6:30 pm.
6/6/09 (Saturday) ~ UKC @ Tuscaloosa, AL. 6:30 pm. Copper will be showing. *We were not able to attend this event due to me being hospitalized with a kidney stone !*
6/10/09 ~ COPPER'S 3rd BIRTHDAY !!!
6/12/09 (Friday) ~ UKC @ Glen Allen, AL. 6 pm. Copper wil be showing. *Due to severe weather, we were unable to meet the show deadline. Congrats, however, to Charlie and his nine month old Mike pup H2O for their first place win. This finished H2O into a NITECH ! *
6/13/09 (Saturday) ~ AKC Mississippie State Show & Hunt @ Cascilla, MS 7pm. Ripp, Copper, & Bella will be shown. *Copper won his class, best of breed, and was crowned Overall State Show Champion Male ! Bella won her class, best of breed, and was crowned Best of Show Female ! Ripp won his class and best of breed to be crowned State Champion Plott ! They all had heavy competition.*
6/29/09 ~ MOKO whelped her litter of pups !
9/12/09 (Saturday) ~ UKC @ Chelsea, AL. 6 pm. Ripp & will be showing. *Ripp takes Best Male of Show with competition !!!*
11/14/09 ~ GRCH Moko was bred to CH AKC CCH Kayla's Copperhead Baby Boy !!! Pups due in January, ready to go in March.
12/19/09 (Saturday) ~ AKC @ Cascilla, MS. 6 pm. AKC RQE event. Honey, Copper, & Ripp will be showing. *Honey wins Best Female of Show ! Copper wins class & breed to finish into an AKC CCH !! Ripp wins Best Male of Show !!!*
Some of the bigger upcoming shows we are planning to attend are the 2010 UKC Winter Classic, the 2010 ACHA World Show, the 2010 UKC & AKC State Shows for AL, MS, GA, & TN, the 2010 AL Hall of Fame, & some close AKC all breed conformation shows.
